Job Requirements
- Entry level position with on-the-job training
- Minors under the age of 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by the state
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols

Job Duties
- Set up and break down the dishwashing area including preparing and breaking down the dish machine and scraping area
- Work within a team of dishwashers to scrape, rack, and wash service ware and pots
- Return washed service ware to established storage areas
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dishwashing stations
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health and safety standards
- Support smooth kitchen operations by timely processing dishware
- Participate in on-the-job training and team meetings
