Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Valid Food Handlers Card for California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, or Virginia
- Experience in cleaning and sanitization of dishware and utensils
- Familiarity with dish machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to follow safety protocols for cleaning chemicals
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and able to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Keep the restaurant clean by sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down workstations, walls, and furniture, and removing trash
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils and place them in racks for dish machine washing
- Sort and stack clean dishes and carry them to the cook's line and proper storage areas
- Change dishwater in the dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays by hand
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble the dish machine to maintain proper functioning
- Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection in all cleaning tasks
