Job Requirements
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- no prior criminal convictions related to theft or violence
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- availability to start immediately or within a reasonable time frame
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks
- good communication skills
- willingness to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing plates glassware utensils and guest and team member touch points
- ensuring all dishware and kitchen equipment are ready for use
- maintaining high standards of cleanliness in dishwashing and surrounding areas
- assisting kitchen staff as needed to support food preparation
- following safety and sanitation protocols at all times
- reporting any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
- contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment
