Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen sanitation role is a plus
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to stand and walk 100 percent of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Strong attention to detail
- Compliance with uniform and personal hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Run dishes and silverware through dish machine following proper procedures
- Clean and maintain designated equipment and areas
- Keep dish room clean at all times
- Maintain sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods
- Clean dish machine after every meal
- Sweep and mop dish room floor at the end of each day and empty mop bucket
- De-lime dish machine weekly
- Scrub and soak stained cups weekly
- Exercise extreme caution and follow instructions when using chemicals
- Follow cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
- Communicate product and supply needs to management
- Follow uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene
- Adhere to Parkhurst Hospitality Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- Assist fellow associates as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
