Job Duties
- Ensure all kitchen utensils, plates, and cookware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitary
- Operate dishwashing machinery and hand wash items as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Assist other kitchen staff with basic tasks as required
- Sort and store clean items properly to facilitate fast access by kitchen staff
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- Support team efforts with a positive and willing attitude
