Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots and pans
- mop floors
- clean kitchen equipment
- ensure adequate supply of clean china, glassware and silver
- maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- minimize breakage of circulating equipment
- follow and enforce company policies and procedures
