Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dishwashing or related role preferred
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to perform moderate physical work including lifting up to 40 pounds

Job Duties
- Prepares tableware for washing, receives or collects tableware to be washed, and removes food residue with a scraper
- sorts china, glassware, and silverware, placing each in separate racks or trays
- sets up dishwashing machine, including turning machine on, checking soap, rinse supply, and ensuring empty food strainers
- prepares glassware for washing by emptying liquids and separating glasses by size
- dries and polishes glassware with clean dishtowels
- cleans dishwashing equipment and working area
- collects garbage from dining room, kitchen grills, and other collection areas
- examines garbage for silverware and dishes
- delivers retrieved silverware and dishes to their respective areas
- cleans garbage cans thoroughly with hot soapy water and steam
- performs other duties such as keeping records of broken dishes, sweeping and mopping kitchen floors periodically
- maintains cleanliness and organization in all kitchen areas as per F&B Manual
- completes opening and closing checklists
- conducts daily walk-throughs to ensure facility safety and presentation
- protects club assets
- operates within guidelines, policies, standards, and constraints established by Hampton Golf
