Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work at least 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
- Physically able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test including screening for Marijuana and other controlled substances
- Must follow grooming standards with limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Willingness to abide by strict no alcohol policies while on board
Job Qualifications
- At least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Capable of meeting moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to comply with grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Commitment to follow company policies regarding drug testing and alcohol prohibition on board
Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Create genuine rapport with guests and cater to all galley requests efficiently
- Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting during special events including afternoon teas and snacks, and participating in evening entertainment
