- Minimum six months of utility/dishwashing experience preferred but not required
- Must hold current state-required sanitation (Safe Food Handling and/or Certified Food Manager) certification/license per state requirements

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization
- Perform kitchen activities including ware-washing system setup and breakdown, dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning duties
- Assist serving staff with setting tables and workstation areas, as well as clearing tables
