Job Requirements

At least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day for 7 days a week
Ability to work for up to 28 weeks
Capacity to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting and standing
Pass a pre-employment drug test including marijuana and other substances
No alcohol consumption while on duty
Compliance with grooming standards
Temporary employment only

Job Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Ability to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
Moderate physical ability including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
Willingness to comply with grooming standards regarding tattoos and piercings

Job Duties

Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
Create genuine rapport with guests and cater to all galley requests efficiently
Perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, assisting during special events, and participating in evening entertainment
Maintain safety and sanitation standards consistently
Support other galley staff as needed
