Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- ability to bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- possess written and verbal communication skills
- organizational and time management skills
- demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills

Job Duties
- perform dish washing duties including pots and cooking utensils
- clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining service areas
- manage food storage and rotation according to safety standards
- carry out janitorial tasks in dining areas
- comply with all food handling and sanitation regulations
- assist with maintaining general cleanliness and order in kitchen and dining spaces
