Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a dishwasher
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a dishwasher required
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand/work on feet for extended periods of time
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in a clean and orderly manner
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
  • Sweep or scrub floors
  • Stock supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
  • Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
