Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- Capable of working effectively in a team setting with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen utility role is an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- Empty all kitchen and other area trash
- Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- Focus on team and customers ensuring decisions prioritize guest and team
- Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
