Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and team members
- be disciplined and self-motivated
- friendly with ability to smile during work hours
- previous maintenance experience in hospitality preferred but not required
- able to follow dress guidelines and maintain professional appearance
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all issues and suggest corrective actions
- use all cleaning chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operate all dishwashing equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- handle all glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage
- empty trash and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- support line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage area cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment
- maintain friendly and professional appearance and attitude
