Job Duties
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- support team members with hospitality and teamwork
- maintain health and safety standards of the restaurant
- organize and manage dishwashing area efficiently
