Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age
must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
must pass random drug and controlled substance abuse tests
must pass background investigation
obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California if required
native American preference

Job Qualifications

some experience in a restaurant or kitchen area preferred
ability to follow directions and work in a team
basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene
good communication skills
must be 18 years of age or older

Job Duties

wash and sanitize all equipment and utensils used in food preparation
follow health and safety procedures to ensure kitchen sanitation
assist kitchen staff as needed to maintain clean work areas
comply with regulatory and resort sanitation standards
report any equipment malfunctions or hazards to the supervisor
maintain a clean and organized work environment
