Job Duties
- setting up the mechanical dishwasher
- using and maintaining the mechanical dishwasher during the shift
- keeping the food line stocked with clean plates
- performing cleaning and sanitation tasks at the end of the shift
- cleaning work areas and restrooms
- assisting in food preparation procedures
- maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils in a clean and sanitary condition
