Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months related work experience upon hire
- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning and sanitation
- Willingness to work full-time day shifts
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- Valid Food Handlers Card
- Ability to operate dishwashing and kitchen sanitation equipment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow departmental policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Transport food carts and other equipment to designated areas following departmental procedures
- Deliver par stock supplies to identified units and clean according to department policy
- Operate and clean dish machine and assigned kitchen equipment including sanitizer solution and temperature checks
- Report needed maintenance or repairs of equipment used
- Transport garbage and recyclable materials to assigned areas
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in all Food Service areas
- Assist in the service and storage of food
