Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality or food service preferred but not required
Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs
Availability to work long hours and full weeks
Compliance with pre-employment drug screening
Willingness to adhere to company grooming and safety standards
Legal eligibility to work in the United States
Temporary availability for the 28-week season

Job Qualifications

At least eighteen (18) years of age
American citizen or Green Card holder
Able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day for 7 days a week for up to 28 weeks
Ability to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
Willingness to comply with pre-employment drug testing including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
Adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure

Job Duties

Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
Creating genuine rapport with our guests and catering to all galley requests in an efficient manner
Perform other functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation, providing assistance during special events including afternoon teas and snacks, and participating in evening entertainment
