Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- American citizen or Green Card holder
- willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- able to pass pre-employment drug test including Marijuana and other controlled substances
- able to adhere to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- required to follow strict alcohol consumption policies
- temporary employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- must be able to perform emergency and safety functions as part of training
- able to maintain composure under pressure
- positive attitude

Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- creating genuine rapport with our guests and catering to all galley requests in an efficient manner
- perform additional functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation and providing assistance during special events including afternoon teas and snacks
- participate in evening entertainment
- maintain sanitation standards consistent with company policies and health regulations
