Job Duties
- Maintain a guest focus and a positive attitude
- Communicate clearly
- Operate basic dish machine functions
- Assume full responsibility for cleanliness of dishes, glassware, tableware, pans, utensils, etc
- Lift, place, and remove loaded racks into and from dish machine
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand when necessary
- Remove and empty loaded trash cans into proper receptacle
- Clean floors at the end of the night
- Comply with all company guidelines regarding food safety and personal safety
- Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation including tables, shelves, floors, and equipment
- Complete required tasks within assigned time frames
- Assist in other areas performing maintenance and cleanliness as assigned
- Follow all opening and closing procedures for dish area
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop frequently
- Work in a standing position for long periods of time
