Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to multitask and work with attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a restaurant or similar environment is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team
- strong attention to detail
- customer service orientation
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- good physical stamina
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and customers ensuring every decision considers their needs
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
