Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, utensils, and guest and team member touch points
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant environment
- follow all health and safety standards and sanitation practices
- ensure dishes and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for use
- support other team members to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- assist with inventory and stock management as needed
- participate in ongoing training and development programs
