Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a similar role preferred
ability to handle physically demanding tasks
basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices
ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
good communication skills
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

Ability to handle stressful situations with poise and professionalism
conduct work-related functions in a professional manner

Job Duties

Wash all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses by hand or using dishwashers
place and store clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas
stock serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils
clean trash receptacles with water or steam
move dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area
assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving as needed
ensure work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation
clean hood vents, fryer, and grease trap
clean dish tank, stainless steel, and drains and ensure correct wash and rinse temperatures
ensure hand soap and hand towel stations are replenished
perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
