- Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills
- able to easily interact with diverse employees, bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior BOH experience is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Ability to learn pastry techniques
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Collecting used dishes, plates and utensils
- Loading washing machines
- Stacking washed items appropriately
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- Assisting kitchen staff as needed
- Following health and safety guidelines
- Supporting team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
