Job Duties
- Washing and storage of all glassware, china, and silver
- washing and storage of all pots, pans, and large kitchen equipment
- removing trash, general cleaning and minimal kitchen prep
- responsible for cleanliness of the entire kitchen, back dock, and dumpster area
- responsible for personal hygiene
- ensure closing procedures are handled properly
