Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Ensure all guest and team member touch points are cleaned regularly
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures strictly
- Support kitchen and service staff by providing clean dishware on time
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist with inventory and stock of cleaning supplies
