  • Ability to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods

Job Duties

  • Cleans assigned areas, equipment and utensils at the end of each meal according to established procedures
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of safety in the work area by lifting correctly, wiping up spills, and using carts to transport items and other steps to avoid accidents
  • Follows appropriate procedures in the preparation, food station lite-cooking (non-production cooking), handling and service of food items
  • Flexible with schedule to meet department demands
  • Clean tables and chairs in cafeteria
