Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- pass any required background checks
Job Qualifications
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation practices
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus
- ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- willingness to follow instructions and safety procedures
Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- be responsible for keeping the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- handle dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- support kitchen staff by providing clean utensils and dishes promptly
- follow all health and safety standards
- assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
