Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep the dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Ensure sanitation standards are met in the dishwashing area
- Support kitchen staff with timely cleaning tasks
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning processes
