Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country
- ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- ability to remain standing and move about the restaurant during 8 to 12 hour shifts
- team player with attention to detail

- willingness to follow safety and cleanliness protocols

- knowledge of cleanliness and safety standards in a kitchen setting
Job Duties
- Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
- safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
- focusing on team and guest satisfaction in decision making
- following all cleanliness and safety protocols
