Job Requirements

entry level position with on-the-job training
minors under the age of 18 must obtain a valid work permit if required by the State
ability to stand for long periods
capacity to perform repetitive tasks
willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
physical ability to lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
good communication skills
ability to work in a team environment
basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
reliability and punctuality
willingness to learn and follow instructions

Job Duties

set up and break down the dish washing area
prepare and break down dish machine and scraping area
work with team members to scrape, rack, and wash service ware and pots
return cleaned items to established storage areas
maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
follow safety and hygiene protocols
assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies
