Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area
- assist with inventory and restocking of cleaning supplies
- support kitchen staff with organization and timely delivery of clean items
- adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- operate dishwashing machinery efficiently
- assist with general cleaning duties in the kitchen as needed
