Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dish washing machine and trash compactor
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- Use detergents and sanitizing chemicals in three-compartment sink to clean dishes
- Inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items, send soiled items for re-washing
- Clean and mop all assigned areas and maintain trashcans and dumpster area
- Follow safety and security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions
