Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- wash and sanitize all cookware and flatware according to health regulations
- assist kitchen staff with food preparation as needed
- take out trash and manage waste disposal efficiently
- support team members by replenishing clean dishes and utensils
- follow safety and sanitation procedures strictly
- keep the dishwashing area organized and ready for use
