Job Duties
- Dish machine set-up and maintenance
- use proper pre-soaking procedures and clean fondue pots and forks
- follow proper chemical usage
- immediately document and report repairs and maintenance issues
- maintain positive interaction with service staff and team members
- manage time effectively and stay busy during slow service periods
- use checklists to ensure proper setup and closing of each shift
