Job Duties
- wash pots, pans, forks, plates, and kitchen tools to ensure cleanliness and readiness
- operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist team members with kitchen tasks as needed
- organize and store cleaned dishes and utensils properly
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- support kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations
