Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a similar kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to handle physical demands of the role including lifting and standing for long periods
- attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- capability to multitask and prioritize in a busy kitchen
- reliable and punctual
- ability to operate dishwashing machines and understand their functions
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in kitchen sanitation or dishwashing preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- willingness to assist with food preparation when required
Job Duties
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- wash specific items by hand such as wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china
- store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment accordingly
- ensure an adequate supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils especially during peak hours
- check washing machines’ operation and report any technical or performance issues promptly
- assist with food preparation as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas
