Job Requirements

Experience preferred
ability to perform physical tasks requiring standing, bending and lifting
availability to work full-time Monday through Friday with varying hours
willingness to follow company safety and hygiene procedures
authorized to work in the United States
ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
ability to comply with safety standards and protocols
strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation
ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
good communication and teamwork skills
basic physical ability to lift and move kitchen supplies

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
