Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
- able to walk or stand for 100% of the shift
- able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- must be disciplined and self-motivated
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- friendly and professional in appearance
- able to work days, nights and weekends as required
Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action
- use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss or disposal
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
- empty all trash in the kitchen and maintain trash cans
- assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assist in maintaining kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative and harmonious climate
- be friendly and able to smile during work hours
