Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- follow health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards
- assist kitchen staff with other cleaning duties as needed
- ensure timely washing and restocking of items to support kitchen operations
- monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
- comply with team member wellness and safety protocols
