Job Duties

clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
follow health and safety guidelines and sanitation standards
assist kitchen staff with other cleaning duties as needed
ensure timely washing and restocking of items to support kitchen operations
monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages
comply with team member wellness and safety protocols
