valid food handlers card for specified states
ability to work flexible schedules
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
ability to work well in a team environment
good communication skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma preferred
experience with dishwashing and cleaning procedures
knowledge of cleaning chemicals and sanitizing solutions
ability to manage dish machines
ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a kitchen environment
food handlers card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)

Job Duties

Keep kitchen and dish room clean and organized
sweep and mop floors
wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
remove trash
sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware, and cooking utensils
load dishes into dish machine racks
sort and stack clean dishes
carry clean dishes to appropriate storage areas
change dishwater in dish machine as required
wash pots, pans, and trays
fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
assemble and disassemble dish machine
prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
