Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift 15 to 30 pounds
- capability to maintain fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours
- excellent communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours
- prior experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role advantageous
- familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods
- effective teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- washing dishes and kitchen utensils promptly and thoroughly
- maintaining cleanliness in dishwashing area
- assisting with kitchen sanitation duties
- organizing and storing clean dishware
- assisting kitchen staff as needed
- ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- handling and disposing of waste properly
