- previous kitchen or dishwashing experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or in a dishwashing machine ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures
- polishes silverware using specified equipment and methods ensuring cleanliness
- ensures compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
- maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels as required
- keeps dish area and kitchen orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists in loading and unloading supplies and products
- performs other duties as assigned
