Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- support team members with cleanliness and safety initiatives
- assist with kitchen cleanliness and organization
- contribute to team efforts in maintaining high health and safety standards
