Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of high volume dishwashing experience preferred
Ability to work full time Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Willingness to follow sanitary and safety procedures
Legal authorization to work in the United States

Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards
Familiarity with dishwashing machinery and cleaning procedures
Ability to comply with safety standards
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
Maintains compliance with safety procedures
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food preparation surfaces
Removes trash and handles waste disposal
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Helps load and unload supplies
Performs other duties as assigned
