Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in kitchen or dishwashing preferred
- ability to effectively communicate
- excellent safety and sanitation skills
- ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- possession of a valid Food Handler's Permit
- physical ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- must live within 50 miles of the hotel

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots and pans
- mop floors
- clean kitchen equipment
- ensure an adequate supply of clean china, glassware and silver
- maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- minimize breakage of circulating equipment
- follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- complete other duties as assigned by management
