Job Requirements
- Ability to accurately set up and break down all dish equipment in a prompt and sanitary manner
- Ability to promptly inform all managers of any dish machine failures such as hot water or chemical outages
- Working knowledge of proper dish machine maintenance such as cleaning of spray arms and checking chemical levels
- Working knowledge and consistent focus on food safety standards
- Ability to maintain a favorable working relationship and communicate clearly and respond promptly to the needs of guests managers and employees
- Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast paced high intensity environment
- Adherence to all company rules and policies as described in the staff handbook
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or a similar role advantageous
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle fast-paced work environments
