Job Requirements

Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification as required by state law
Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
Must be able to read, write and speak in English
Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties

Washing and cleaning tableware
Cleaning kitchen and cooking equipment
Keeping dish room and equipment clean and organized
Stocking kitchen with clean tableware
Maintaining cleanliness of bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock and kitchen
Handling and using chemicals and dishwashing machinery according to safety standards
Assisting in food preparation and other duties as requested
