Job Requirements
- Pre-employment drug test including testing for marijuana and other controlled substances
- Strict prohibition on alcohol consumption during employment
- Adherence to grooming standards including limitations on visible tattoos and piercings
- Must be able to work temporary shipboard employment not to exceed 28 weeks
- Compliance with emergency and safety training required for shipboard employees
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
- Capability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must be willing to commit to a full schedule of 12-hour days and 7-day work weeks during the contract

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be an American citizen or Green Card holder
- Willing and able to work a minimum of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, for up to 28 weeks
- Able to meet moderate physical demands including lifting, bending, climbing, and extended periods of standing or walking
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous but not required
Job Duties
- Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas
- Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes that weigh up to 50 lbs
- Ensure that the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and efficiently, reporting any maintenance issues to management
- Creating genuine rapport with guests and catering to all galley requests in an efficient manner
- Perform other functions such as greeting guests upon embarkation
- Provide assistance during special events including afternoon teas and snacks
- Participate in evening entertainment activities
